Kids pass makes everything so much cheaper and easier. Helping low income familys experience so much more fun weather its a get away or just a fun day out. Prices can be 50% less than average or even free for kids, customer service team are amazing making any situations feel less stressful and complicated. Returns and refunds are average waiting time but still very straight forward.

Good value tickets easy to use, I printed mine out. Spent about four hours at zoo. No information about feeding times to be found. Staff didn't know either when asked. Most of the animals were visible and active. Would use 'DAY OUT WITH THE KIDS' again
