Good value tickets easy to use, I printed mine out. Spent about four hours at zoo. No information about feeding times to be found. Staff didn't know either when asked. Most of the animals were visible and active. Would use 'DAY OUT WITH THE KIDS' again

Really enjoyed the day. Loved the animals. As it was a hot day and the animals kept cool. Some out of sight. But the Gorillas came out in force. The Giraffes were feeding so they were on display and very large. One cannot help comparing it with The West Midland Safari Park. Only for their bigger collection of certain animals. Although the Zoo is more personal. Good eating facilities. Water world was fun. Well organised. And checking in was simple. A lot of vendors. Massive car park. The Gruffalo exhibition is amazing.

Had an amazing day at Port Lympne! The safari was a massive hit with the kids and the views are stunning. Booking through Day Out With The Kids was super easy and saved us some money too. A seamless experience from start to finish!

We arrived at 11am and plenty of animals to see. We stopped for lunch in the cafe which was lovely and then walked around for another animal view but there were hardly any animals to see. So9 was really pleased we got there when we did 😀

It was my grandson first day at port lympne zoo,with nanny. We got their and went straight to the safari tour and his face lit up and thoroughly enjoyed it,we w not and had our packed lunch near the safari cafe on a bench when a seagull swooped down on his head for his food and it frightened him so he wanted to go home, so as much as it was lovely we didn't get to see the gorillas and other animals sadly

Always loved Chester Zoo as a kid and it was just the same for my Kids this time round. Marked as 4 stars due to the lack of halal/veggie eatery options and the price of everything. It’s all so expensive, £21 for a flamingo bubble machine, seriously?

We booked our Mother’s Day trip to Chester Zoo through Days Out With The Kids. The booking process itself was straightforward and we had a nice day out overall, despite the weather and a few empty enclosures. ​However, I wanted to share a heads-up for other families: it rained heavily for about four hours during our visit (10am–2pm). I later found out that if you book directly through the Chester Zoo website, they offer a Rainy Day Guarantee that allows you to visit again for free if it rains for over three hours. ​Unfortunately, because we booked through a third-party site like this one, we aren't eligible for that offer. It’s disappointing to miss out on that added value, so while the tickets worked fine, I’d recommend checking the official zoo site first if the forecast looks shaky!
